Praline, Where İs İt Used?

Praline, Where İs İt Used?

Praline is derived from the French word Praline, which means "a kind of almond candy". An iconic product of Belgium, praline was created when a pharmacy-confectionery shop decided to start production.

This special high-temperature resistant mixture is used in a variety of ways as a filling in food industries such as chocolate, confectionery or pastry that require baking. In the commercial confectionery and bakery industries, it plays an important role as a sweetener in chocolate fillings and creams.

Cocoa or white pralines are among the specialty pralines preferred in industrial food production, ranging from chocolate truffles to chocolate praline fillings, cakes, pastries, cookies, waffle sauces and ice creams. These premium pralines occupy an important place in the world of chocolate with their delicious textures and diverse flavor profiles.
The industrial use of pralines can vary depending on product type, brand and manufacturer preferences. In general, however, pralines stand out as a delicious ingredient used to enrich the taste of desserts and chocolates.
