To provide all technological infrastructure, equipment, and resources related to employee training necessary to achieve and improve management system objectives,

To establish a sustainable food safety awareness and culture by increasing the halal and food safety awareness of our employees, enabling them to identify and manage risks and to carry out activities aimed at preventing food safety hazards,

To continuously improve the performance of our processes by complying with the requirements of Food Safety and Halal Management System standards, legal and customer requirements, and by analyzing the risks, hazards, and opportunities related to our activities,

To ensure compliance with food safety and Islamic principles throughout the processes from the preparation of our products to the consumption stage,

Taking into account the effects of climate change on food safety (increase in temperature, decrease in water resources, supply chain risks, etc.); to identify in advance the risks that may arise in raw material supply, production, storage, and distribution processes and to take the necessary preventive measures,

To contribute to reducing the effects of climate change through the efficient use of natural resources, reducing food waste, and supporting environmental sustainability.
