It is the sesame which remains "white" without changing color in the heat treating and it is obtained by separating the color grains and foreign matters in it by using color separation machines with optic readers and by drying the sesame grains which are properly pared. Its usage in hamburger bread, bakery products and confectionery sectors. In addition to these, it may be used by the housewives.
